GOALS is a motivational two day programme based on self-esteem, assessing your current life and helping you set clear steps towards the life you really want!

Integrating different positive psychology methods and ‘good old’ common sense, GOALS fundamentally helps you get more of what you want and less of what you don’t want in life.

GOALS is an integral part of the package of support that LEAP offers its clients, addressing multiple needs and engendering attitudinal change. We also recognise that GOALS is a powerful tool for each and every on of us, and as such we offer our training programme to the general public also.

We have been delivering GOALS training to organisations since 2012, impacting both the individuals attending the course as well as the wider team as a whole, ensuring the business benefits in a wider context.
