If you or your client is:

  • 16+ (18 for accommodation)
  • Has a 2 year local connection to Norwich (City Council boundaries) OR you is in supported accommodation (hostels)
  • Single applicant (LEAP only refers to 1 bedroom properties)
  • Interested in/already in education, employment, training or voluntary work

Please attend the LEAP drop-in session for new clients. This takes place every Wednesday from 9.30am to 3.30pm at our office at 7 Upper Goat Lane, Norwich.

If you do not meet the criteria above but would like help with education, training and employment and have a barrier to employment including:

  • Housing Need
  • Drug and Alcohol Need
  • Offending History
  • Physical or Mental Health
  • Learning Disability

You can be referred to us through one of our partner organisations:

  • City Reach and Under 1 Roof
  • CAPS
  • MAP
  • NRP/Matthew Project
  • Shaw Trust
  • Princes Trust
  • Norfolk and Suffolk Mental health services
  • Stonham Homestay
  • HMP Norwich or Wayland or probation services

You can also be referred by your GP or supported housing provider.
